Evocalc is an attack calculator for Evony that takes into account technology levels, troop movements, and defensive elements
It's main goal is to give you a solid concept of troop movement, range and damage in a player vs player (PvP) situation. It will never be 100% accurate, and if you are attacking NPC's there are more accurate guides available

Evocalc Improvement Project
An elite team has been working hard running thousands of battles to improve the accuracy of evocalc.
This release is seeing more Age I battle reports with accuracy above 99%, but there is still more work being done.

New Changes Apr28:
- NEW: Walls are now part of the smulation. If your battle is in a valley, be sure to set the defensive Walls parameter to 0
- NEW: Excalibur option. Heroes equipped with excalibur don't do as much damage as expected from their attack attribute
- FIXED: Targeting order prefers lower ranked units.
- FIXED: Ranged units target before slower-moving units do damage
- FIXED: Ranged units' melee penalty-distance is target-specific
